A British girl was raped and robbed on Thailand’s Koh Tao in the same spot where Brit Hannah Witheridge was murdered, reports claim.
The backpacker had her drink spiked on the beach which is part of the notorious ‘death island’ and she woke up with no underwear on, according to the Samui Times.
In 2014 Hannah Witheridge and her pal David Miller were bludgeoned to death on the beach.
The victim in this case had been drinking in the Fish Bowl Bar before making her way to Leo Bar with friends from London.
The next thing she remembers is waking up with no underwear on with a man next to her who fled the scene.
Thai police reportedly took no details when she tried to report the attack to the authorities.
When the girl returned to the UK on July 2, she handed a T-shirt containing DNA to the police, Samui Times claims.
Sairee Beach has been plagued by ten mysterious deaths in the last six years.

Russians Dimiti Povse, 29, and Valentina Novozhyonova, 23, also died in 2015 and 2017.
And last month, German Bernd Grotsch’s body was found at his home deep in the jungle in the Mae Haad part of Koh Tao.
In 2017 the body of Belgian Elise Dallemagne was found half-eaten by lizards after apparently hanging herself, a suggestion her family rejects.
In 2016 Thai authorities launched an investigation into a 54% rise in tourist deaths, after 83 holidaymakers lost their lives in the country in 2015.
