Spanish police baffled as SECOND man found with half amputated penis – World News

Police in Spain have been left baffled after a second man in a month was found wandering around the Costa del Sol with a half-amputated penis.

The man, who was heard shouting “I am an alien! This isn’t mine!” and is understood to be Spanish, was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation.

And according to Spanish press reports, when doctors examined him, they found shoelaces and rubber rings around his penis as though he had formed some sort of tourniquet.

The case echoes another bizarre incident in Zaragoza last month when a 33-year-old British man was seen walking around the streets covered in blood after his entire penis had been deliberately cut off.

Police are investigating the bizarre incident

He directed police to his home where they found the missing member in a plastic bag.

Doctors later attempted to reattach it but it is not known if the operation was a success or not.

A second British man was arrested a day later for allegedly helping the man to cut his manhood off on purpose.

An investigation is currently underway to find out what led up to this second incident on the Costa del Sol.

Local police stopped the man in Benalmádena after noticing blood on his crotch. At first, he claimed to be an alien named Sergio but later said he was a woman called Naomi.

The man was rushed to hospital

The man, aged between 30 and 35, was also bleeding from the head and appeared dazed and confused.

He was unable to remember who he was or what had happened and his fingerprints are being taken to try and ascertain his identity.

Doctors, who confirmed his penis had been half amputated and another part torn, have operated on him at the Benalmádena hospital.

His condition is believed to be stable.

It has not been clarified whether medics managed to save his penis or not.

Tests for alcohol or drugs have reportedly proved negative so the main theory is that he is suffering from some sort of mental disorder.

Spanish newspaper Diariosur says doctors also detected signs of possible suffocation and a CT scam confirmed this but police have no idea why he was wandering around the streets just after 11.30am.

“At one stage, the man told police he had been bitten,” says Diariosur.
